To improve the usability of our websites, we subscribe to tools that record many elements of users’ activities on our websites. This allows us to “play back” these sessions, almost as if we were sitting next to you. We use this to validate our assumptions about how our websites are used and discover where we have not done a good job of making things intuitive (which is quite often). As it is quite expensive to store such sessions they are automatically deleted as soon as we don't need them anymore.
Your personal details will remain private and confidential. When you provide us with your email address in order for us to send you information, we will keep it to ourselves. We will not sell, rent, barter or share your personal details.
We hate spam as much as you do. When you sign up to SEOTesting you subscribe to our email newsletter and once the service is working you will get an email whenever Google Search Console updates. In the email newsletters there will be an unsubscribe link in each email. For other transactional alerts, you can log into SEOTesting and visit the Account page to change your alert settings.

Users typically have the opportunity to set their browser to accept all or some cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The last of these options, of course, means that personalised services cannot be provided and the user may not be able to take full advantage of all of a website's features. Refer to your browser's Help section for specific guidance on how it allows you to manage cookies and how you may delete cookies you wish to remove from your computer.
